Title: BNYIMS - Fund Accountant - Fund Accounting, ETF FA Location: Florida-Lake Mary The Fund Accountant reports to the Fund Accounting Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining accounting records relating to a specific group of mutual fund, separate account, commingled trust and/or limited partnership entities in accordance with department policies, procedures. He/she is responsible for: cash and asset reconciliation research and exception clearing, transaction processing, income and expense related processing, research and clearing, supporting daily NAV generation, periodic and ad hoc reporting. He/she is also responsible for clearing exceptions and identifying and communicating any issues that affect the accuracy of the account records. Bachelors Degree required. Emphasis in Accounting, Economics and/or Finance preferred. 0 - 12 month industry experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. PC knowledge required.
