Represents ADP as a primary interface between the partner banks and CAPS operating departments. Develops and maintains strong relationships with partner bank Account Officers and banking support teams.
Accountable for the identification and evaluation of relevant bank products and services. Analyzing cost effectiveness and ADP's ability to implement. Manages coordinates and monitors the successful completion of project based implementations for new bank products and services through members of a small to large cross functional teams. This entails decision making authority and critical thinking. Able to apply knowledge and training to quickly and effectively address banking issues involving clients, regions, internal business units, and third party vendors.
Must be a self-motivator, take initiative, and work independently. Has the ability to understand and anticipate customer expectations with providing excellent service. Is able to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with multiple business partners. Responsible for coordination and implementation of financial service products within CAPS internal departments, banks, and regions. Coordinates all testing efforts with internal departments and third party vendors to ensure a successful implementation.
Responsible for all Bank Fee management and planning. Prepares annual bank fee budget. Provides quarterly reports with variance explanations and analysis. Creates management reports to track overdrafts, earnings credits, and outstanding fees. Creates on ad-hoc reports as needed. Works with management and other banking analyst to provide analytical expertise during contract negotiations.
Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic):
Experience:
2-4 years in Treasury Cash Management, Bank Relations experience with an emphasis in banking operations, account analysis, finance, project managment.
1-3 years experiecne in payroll related client services.
Must be proficient in all microsoft suite of products with a strong emphasis in accounting.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or Finance required. Certifications such as the Certified Cash Manager("CCM") or Certified Treasury Professional ("CTP") or Accrediated ACH Professional ("AAP") designations are strongly desired.
