Banking Product Manager
Reporting to our Director of Marketing, you will:determine the product and service menu, functionality, packaging and positioning necessary to support business banking line sales andservice needs; improve the daily business banking experience for clients andprospects within the micro, small business and middle market segments; ensurethat our product line and fee income structure consistently support revenueGrowth.
Among your responsibilities, you will: manage the business banking product line life cycle fromstrategic vision and planning to validation, prioritization and tacticalimplementation; take proactive measures by monitoring product usage and revenuegeneration; partner with our team to support business banking product andservice promotional strategies; follow industry trends, seize marketopportunities, and serve as our expert for the overall business banking productoffering.
You must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Finance. 7+ years of experience is preferred with product development or management. 5+ years of experience isrequired with business banking, online and treasury management services. The successful candidate will have: ability to think strategically while delivering tactically; a passion for financialservices and business banking, with a unique blend of business and technicalsavvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive, communication and relationshipdevelopment skills to make that vision a reality; excellent verbal, written andinterpersonal skills; strong decision-making ability, leadership and organizational skills.
