The position is a critical front line property claim adjuster position, requring excellent communication skills and property claims handling experience. Requires strong technical background in property claims handling and has demonstrated self-starting abilities. Position is responsible for evaluating and analyzing property damage claims. Position involves reviewing simple to complex coverage issues, escalated claim disputes and assist in developing claim process and procedures in the claim unit. Responsibilities include compliance to statutory Fair Claims Practices, accurate settlements, adherence to policy language, internal policies and compliance guidelines.
Position will work with both internal and external customers with professionalism and courtesy.
Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified 2 years previous property claim experience, experience writing/reviewing property estimates, strong understanding of claims process, strong understanding of Insurance policy language, claim dispute resolution experience, required to obtain multiple State Public Adjuster licenses.
