B2B Coordinator (Sports Media/Graphics/Web/IT)Description As part of the Coalition Customer Service team, this position will manage data entry and data maintenance, data audit functions and handle basic incoming operational questions as they relate to B2B site functionality. Responsibilities span our B2B initiatives as well as our Custom B2B initiative currently under development.
Qualifications Education/Experience: Years of Related Professional Experience: 5-7. Bachelor's degree and/or 5-7 years' previous related experience or equivalent in a high-speed professional environment. Previous experience an eCommerce environment or experience in a customer service role is helpful but not required. Skills: Excellent communication and organization skills. Excellent attention to detail with an ability to quickly analyze large quantities of data. Advanced computer skills to include a very high proficiency in Excel. Experience in Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator or other related programs desirable. Must possess a track record of meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities Learn and become proficient in the functionality of our B2B module, including data loads, order entry, order transmissions, and reporting. Conduct post-line-list-lock audits on seasonal line lists, including: style and color status, style number and description, color code and description, size range, pricing, first available date and US/CAN inline status Manage seasonal data loads on the B2B Module. Generate and audit seasonal SKU lists for website catalog loads, including: style number and description, color code and description, size range, pricing, first available date, catalog navigation hierarchy, workbook order and page number. Work with Canadian office to modify US sku list for pricing and inline styles. Create seasonal image and features/specs loads to accompany sku lists, including: cropping, rearranging or removing texture overlays from images and resaving images according to specified format and/or file naming convention. Enter and submit test orders to confirm system setup is complete. Set up and maintain seasonal terms programs for domestic wholesale, key accounts, specialty retail, product promotions, and others as needed. Set up sponsored athletes with access to accounts on the B2B module, and work with the Special Market Sales B2B Coordinator to ensure athlete setup and access on SMS website. Assist the Planning and Customer Service Departments with material and customer master data audit processes to ensure accurate system setups. Assist the Marketing department with the seasonal Workbook audit process. Create and maintain seasonal UPC lists and Line Change Logs to post in B2B module message center. Create and maintain seasonal electronic and paper sales order forms. Generate correspondence to internal customers such as planning and customer service and external customers such as sales reps, customers and B2B service provider(s). Serve as a resource for site function questions from dealers and sales reps. Administer and support ad hoc Operations projects/tasks as required among cross-functional Outdoor Coalition groups.
