AVP - Strategic Planning & Reporting
Leading financial institution is seeking to hire an analyst to assist in the further development of its strategic planning and reporting function. Specific responsibilities will include:
Preparation and maintenance of financial dashboard for strategic plan
Coordination of all initiative meetings
Preparation of strategic plan presentations for all stakeholders within finance and the various business lines
Coordination of all financials with performance management team
Assist in distribution of all materials related to the strategic plan and related initiatives. Function as key contact within finance with regard to any issues
Involvement with generation of ideas on how all aspects of the strategic plan can be better implemented.
The ideal candidate will have 3/5 years experience in a financial institution or with a consulting firm with exposure to the strategic planning process. Must have experience with development of plans and tools for measurement of the effectiveness of initiatives, strong analytical, interpersonal, leadership and technical skills, and possess the ability to interface with all levels of management within finance, business lineas and all other relevant teams. A degree in a financial discipline is neccesary and an MBA would be a plus.
