Preparing all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and reportable conditions letters, with an eye on quality, thoroughness and accuracy . Keeping lines of communication open with staff and clients . Supervising engagement team and preparing end-of-engagement evaluations for staff . Monitoring and reporting regarding the productivity of staff, and adherence to work plan schedules on each assignment . Keeping abreast of all industry developments and ensuring professional development through ongoing education . Anticipating and addressing client concerns, and escalating problems as they arise . Recognizing and informing management of opportunities to increase level and types of services to clients . Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications . Bachelor's degree in Accounting . 5+ years of external auditing experience within Public Accounting specializing in Health Care clients . Experience acting as an in-charge on various engagements Preferred Qualifications . Solid understanding of audit and attest services . General knowledge of FASB regulations, GAAS, and GAAP . CPA or demonstrated progress toward obtaining CPA certification .
