Position Summary:
Manager will be responsible for owning the client relationship with a variety of clients in various industries within the Commercial practice. Manager will be responsible for managing multiple teams and providing performance feedback to all members of those teams at the conclusion of engagements.
Manager must exhibited strong skills in maintaining great client service. The manager must have skills related to supervising engagement team members and instructing them on completing assigned tasks. The manager must possess time management skills to adequately manage multiple engagements with multiple teams. The manager must also exhibit strong technical skills in accounting and auditing.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of public accounting or equivalent experience - Ability to mentor, train and supervise, senior, staff and interns on the audit process - CPA is required - A bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (advanced degree is preferred)
