Key Role: Support audiovisual integration, maintenance, and technical support efforts firm-wide. Become part of a team that provides technical support, consulting, integration project management, and maintenance support for Booz Allen and client facilities. Work with other Booz Allen staff organizations to provide the technical support for trade shows, events, conferences, and offsite functions. Interact with and provide support for government clients and high level executives on a regular basis. Maintain appropriate documentation to support the team's financial service center structure. Rotate hours, including evenings and provide occasional weekend support. This position may require travel outside of the DC Metro Area and is located in McLean, VA. Basic Qualifications: -3 years of experience with audiovisual technical expertise -3 years of experience in customer service with government and high-level executive audiences -3 years of experience with performing technical aspects of audiovisual and control systems equipment -2 years of experience with IT -Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds -Ability to travel up to 30% of the time -Ability to become a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) or Certified Technology Specialist-Installation (CTS-I) within 6 months of being hired -Ability to obtain a security clearance -HS diploma or GED required
Additional Qualifications: -Experience with Video Teleconference (VTC) -Experience with Web streaming -Experience with basic networking and IT -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -AA or AS degree preferred; BS degree a plus
