Description
AT&T AdWorks is rapidly growing in expectation of becoming AT&T's next billion dollar business. We are looking for industry veterans who revel in the prospect of building a better approach to advertising sales that utilizes the inherent strengths of the world's largest telecommunications company. AT&T AdWorks is the face to the market for AT&T's newest ad products across IPTV, Mobile, and Internet.
Within the Client Services group, we are seeking an ad operations trafficker. This position supports sales in proposal development, account management, campaign trafficking and management, as well as managing and supporting the sales channel through daily traffic and optimization functions. The position will have overall account management performance and customer satisfaction goals. This position will also provide strategic and tactical input to the ad products function and the product development team.
Main Responsibilities:
Schedule and monitor ad delivery for all mobile advertising campaigns.
Q/A & test ad creatives to ensure they meet all site specifications.
Monitor daily pacing of campaigns & communicate reporting to team.
Manage issues in a timely manner. This includes new campaign launches, pacing or optimizations, any system issues or limitations, etc.
Communicate with 3rd party vendors or agencies when required.
Troubleshoot campaign issues including errors in serving, 3rd party discrepancies, pacing, optimization issues, conversion metrics, reporting issues, etc.
Optimize campaigns on a daily basis to achieve client's goals. This includes, adding new inventory, excluding poor performing sites, use backend metrics to adjust targeting, etc.
Be able to work well with other teams throughout the company, such as Account Management, Sales and Production.
Be able to prioritize based on daily tasks, customer requests & internal requests.
Qualifications
4 Year college degree, preferably in Business or Marketing/Advertising, or equivalent exp.
2-4 years experience in ad operations/online trafficking environment. Mobile experience preferred.
Working knowledge of 3rd party tags such as Dart or Atlas.
Strong organizational, verbal and analytic skills.
Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and work well with teams.
Working knowledge of Rich Media vendor products and agency reporting tools.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
