Associate - Investment Banking / M&A
Our client, a top international Investment Bank, is seeking to hire an experienced Investment Banking Associate in their Minneapolis office. This position will focus on generalist M&A / Corporate Finance assignments.
Position Duties:
Prepare, analyze and explain historical and projected financial information
Perform, coordinate and execute due diligence
Prepare marketing pitches, management presentations and confidential memoranda
Prepare valuation analysis of businesses and companies
Assist in planning and marketing engagements
Proactively build and maintain direct contact with clients, professional advisors and perspective clients
Position Requirements:
MBA required
2-4 years Investment Banking experience
Proven expertise in financial modeling and valuation analysis
Strong knowledge of accounting and applied financial theory
Strong analytical knowledge
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to interact effectively with senior internal and client management
