We are currently seeking a Global Mobility Advisory Services to join us in our Seattle office.
KPMG's International Executive Services (IES) practice strives to help companies as they work to manage their international assignment programs. When our clients send their employees on international assignment, KPMG professionals provide proactive planning ideas and advise clients on international human resources and tax best practices. IES provides compliance, advisory, and administration services to help support our clients' businesses and assignees.
Responsibilities:
. Serve as day-to-day contact/resource for assignee, client coordinator, third-party vendors and other personnel . Deliver service utilizing KPMG technology tools and according to standards established by service level agreements . Prepare, analyze, and track expatriate payroll, compensation, benefits, global mobility and other assignment-related issues . Provide support and services prior to the assignment, during the assignment and during repatriation/localization including assignment cost analysis, expatriate orientations, vendor coordination, preparation of assignment balance sheets, and letters of understanding . Prepare client correspondence on various international assignment matters . Assist with collection, assembly and analysis of worldwide compensation information for tax reporting purposes . Prepare client billings and follows up on collections . Advise the client on policy and process changes as appropriate . Advise on enhancements or improvements to the client's administration of services
Qualifications:
. One year of experience in International Human Resources or International Assignment Compensation and Payroll . Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in Taxation, and/or Master's in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university . Strong knowledge of generating balance sheets and cost projections . Ability to work in a team environment
