Associate - Corporate Finance (Latin America Region)
Our client, a top global Commercial Bank, is seeking an Associate to join their Latin America Corporate Finance team in NYC.
Position Duties:
Primarily responsible for structuring and executing corporate finance business in Latin America
Perform credit analysis and financial modeling
Participate in business origination
Actively participate in marketing pitches and initial client discussions and negotiations
Support senior management in credit approval process, portfolio monitoring, presentation preparation and term sheets
Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree
5 years experience in Structured/Corporate Finance in Latin America market
Strong interpersonal, communication and technical skills
Fluent/native Spanish and/or Portuguese speaker
Ability to travel throughout the Latin America region as required
