Description of job duties: Review, analyze and report key commercial data for the Valve Train and FCD product lines under the direction of the Global Commercial Controllers for these products.
In detail: -Accumulates pricing data for the Valve Train and FCD product lines -Performs analysis on significant pricing variances from profit plan and forecast -Prepares monthly reporting for pricing to Product Strategy, Product management , EMEA Sales and Finance functions -Reviews and analyzes quotations for Valve Train and FCD product lines. Suggests areas for clarification or profit improvement. -Assists with ad hoc analysis for Valve Train and FCD products -Reports profitability for Valve Train and FCD products to VPGM and other product team members -Helps improve the financial processes for the Valve Train, FCD and EMEA region commercial related activities -Reviews capital appropriation requests for Valve Train and FCD related projects
Job Qualifications /Educational Requirements Education: Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting. Master in Economics is preferred
Experience: 1- 3 years experience with a preference for experience working in a headquarters position. Candidate must possess strong written and presentation skills and must be able to effectively work in a cross-functional team environment. Must be proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word software.
