Our client in the Morris County area is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their busy team!
The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for:
- Entering invoices into system
- Verify client credit
- Maintain cash Credit Card payments and applications
- Verify lock box deposits
- Follow up with Accounts Receivable Customers for customer service and occasional collections
The Accounts Receivable Clerk must be able to preform all work accurately and thoroughly; be detail oriented; be able to multi-task; have excellent communication skills; as well as complete other projects that are assigned.
Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Clerk are:
- 2-3 years minimum of office related experience
