Title: Analytics Specialist III Performance Management (BP&A) Location: IND-Mumbai-Mumbai Primary Accountabilities: Acts as Performance Manager supporting Global Site Leaders. Design, own and manage highly analytical projects. Is expected to communicate operational performance, understand trends and identify business opportunity. Manage staff of Business Analysts. Take ownership to manage projects from initial design through completion and ensure meeting of requirements and timing delivery. Leveraging own expertise, advise management of possible solutions to existing problems and identify optimal choice based on technological and organizational considerations. Minimum education required:BA/BS, preferably in finance, or statistics, economics, accounting is preferred along with 3-5 years banking/Credit card experience. Thorough knowledge of systems, reports and procedures and a thorough understanding of other supportive departments are necessary. Minimum experience required:5 years of experience as an Analyst or related field. Thorough knowledge of systems, reports and procedures and a thorough understanding of other supportive departments. Proficiency in technical competencies is required. Special requirements: Also required are strong analytical, leadership, communications and problem-solving skills. In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint); particular strong MS Excel skills is important. In the this role you will: § Focused on CSD Global Business § Monitor customer's critical metric performance on a daily basis § Manage staff of business analysts. Manage all human resource responsibilities, mentor and train staff. § Assist customers in identifying performance opportunities § Create and improve processes for tracking business results that help to drive efficiency through analytical excellence and dynamic reporting § Partner with the proper business areas to respond to issues with urgency and objectivity § Ensure timely and open lines of communication with management, other business areas and customers. Build trust and create good business relationships with customers § Responsible for Global Monthly Decks that are presented to Senior Leadership in CSD § Responsible to update weekly management performance reports (week in review) § Provide business adhoc analysis as requested by customers and BP&A Leadership § Provide adhoc presentations as requested § Partner and/or help as needed other BP&A Business Analyst to ensure BP&A work is completed in a timely fashion § Ongoing report Training for TMs/TLs/Site Leads § Travel as needed for site report training; train the trainer, required off sites, etc.
The ideal candidate will possess: § Strong business analysis skills, including forecasting § Statistics knowledge including simple and multiple linear regression and basic statistics information (e.g., correlation, standard deviation, etc.). § ?Results-oriented; demonstrated record of achievement. § Strong team player that is flexible and has the ability to adjust to change. § ?Ability to consult with others in the process, including senior management. § ?Excellent analytical/problem solving, and time management skills. § ?Ability to proficiently work on multiple projects/priorities. § ?Strong communication and presentation skills. § ?Strong teamwork and client management skills.
