Position Purpose: The Analyst, Performance Management role provides analytical support to the Performance Management team and is responsible for assisting in the development and ongoing maintenance of sales campaigns. This role will provide critical information necessary to run the businesses efficiently and at the highest productivity levels. This role will track and monitor performance against standards and goals to provide enhanced levels of accountability and transparency to business leaders and management. Key Accountabilities: . Design, develop and implement new sales campaigns for RBC Bank that direct behavioral activities and differentiated performance . Partners with key stakeholders to facilitate understanding, activities, behaviors and skill building for sales campaigns, as well as, share best practices to drive desired in-field sales behaviors and results. . Design, develop and implement new sales campaign reporting capabilities for RBC Bank Sales Teams . Enhance existing sales campaign tool/ skill building/ sales reporting functionality. . Lead in vendor management of Rideau Corp as it relates to tool design and enhancements . Provide analysis to support the achievement of business unit objectives. This position will support these objectives through:
o Benchmark vs. Actual Performance Reporting o Performance Dashboards o Productivity Measurement and Reporting o Preparation of presentations to executive management o Other analysis to support the achievement of goals and objectives o Liaise with Finance/Customer Information Management to gather required data Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience): JOB SPECIFICATIONS This position requires planning and implementing capabilities, analytical modeling with knowledge/ experience across a range of management disciplines. Excellent written and oral communication capability, and leadership with high impact and influence competencies. Provides challenging assignments and fosters an environment based on individual responsibility to drive superior client experience, operational and sales excellence and value.
Required: . Minimum BA/BS . Proven analytical and modeling capability . Strong client focus . 3+ years analytical experience in a financial institution setting (financial institution preferred) . Preferred internal experience (at RBC Bank) . Strong organizational and project management skills . Ability to analyze performance and identify gaps and opportunities. . Excellent oral and written communication skills. . Effective decision-making and problem resolution skills. . Achievement motivated and resourceful. . Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple initiatives . Represents RBC Bank's leadership by demonstrating corporate values and providing a compelling value proposition within our markets. . Able to work in fast paced environment with the capability to adapt & respond efficiently and effectively. . Able to perform under pressure, sufficiently managing high levels of stress. Preferred: .
