Analyst, FAQ Management AutoReqId 129616BR Responsibilities This exciting and unique role will be responsible for all International FAQ management and production/execution support across .
Included within this is partnering with content owners across the organization to develop, maintain and enhance FAQs as well as launch and test content mapping within the RightNow system. Role will also provide reporting, analysis and recommendations in order to continually optimize our FAQ content across the site areas. Analyst will also partner with operations and development teams to deploy support updates, enhancements, and system releases. Maintaining Contact Us pages will also be a key responsibility within this role.
Analyst will be trained for tactical ownership of the content contained within the RightNow system, partnering closely with regional and local market business partners, American Express Technologies and the vendor. This individual will also provide backup support to their domestic counterpart.
Candidate should have an interest and general understanding of customer service and support technology, including web support technologies like email, chat, email response management, self service portals, and Knowledge bases.
This position will report to the Director, Digital Servicing (Int'l) within the Virtual Service Centre and will have dotted line accountability to the Sr. Manager, Online Help (Domestic) also within the Virtual Service Centre.
