Administrative Assistant Needed in Accounting Office
OfficeTeam seeks candidate for immediate need in an accounting office in Greenville, SC. This is a temporary to full-time opportunity with a required 40 hours of work/week.
Qualified OfficeTeam candidates will have experience in performing administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Candidates without prior experience in an administrative role will not be considered.
Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing.
Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills.
