JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Supports two District Managers in the Jacksonville Branch from the initial recruiting process through PEP sponsorship.
* Responsible for front end PEP sponsorship phase, meeting with candidates to ensure all initial hiring and sponsorship applications are properly completed.
* Arranges for and plans all Branch career seminars as support mechanism of the DM's.
* Responsible for following up on cold sourcing candidates through career job boards.
* Greets and welcomes clients and guests to the Branch.
* Schedules use of Branch Conference facilities. Ensures both incoming and outgoing mail, applications and checks are routed to the appropriate service centers/Advisors and all received checks are properly logged per AXA Compliance procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum two years in an administrative position or equivalent support role.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft office including but not limited to EXCEL, PPT, and Outlook.
* Ability to clearly and effectively communicate friendliness and a willing attitude.
* Ability to follow intricate detailed instructions.
