Position Purpose:
To provide executive level administrative support to Futures and Metals business including general administrative support to the departments.
Key Accountabilities:
. Back -up to other Floor administrators.
. General administration includes preparation of all correspondence, reports, presentation etc
. Coordination of travel arrangements (international & domestic) and itineraries and processing of travel and expense report
. Calendar management, organize meetings, luncheons
. Answer telephone inquires timely and in a professional manner and relaying information accurately and proactively resolving information queries
. Prepping all meeting materials and aiding with Power Point presentations
. Maintenance of filing system for correspondence, records, reports, in
. Order supplies for the office, work with vendors and Building Management.
. Maintain the confidentiality of all matters learned about by reason of the access of this position to such information.
Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience):
Required:
. Minimum 3-5 years experience working in a senior administrative role supporting senior management and trading floor
. Strong working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
. Strong organizational, follow through, attention to detail and problem solving skills
. Strong oral and written communication skills
. Ability to prioritize multiple administrative tasks in a high paced, stressful environment
. Ability to take initiative, function independently, unsupervised and work as a team player
. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of management and staff

Preferred:
. Previous knowledge or experience in investment industry/trading floor.
