Description: TASC is seeking a Acquisition Management Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Arlington, VA.
Put your years of experience into a future of excellence... The qualified applicant will become part of TASC's acquisition support team providing on-site support for planning, development and coordination of Milestone Documentation
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Function as lead for the development, coordination and maintenance of ACAT Level Milestone documentation (e.g. Acquisition Plan, Acquisition Strategy, TEMP, CDD/SPD, SEP)
* Execute documentation development in compliance with DoD 5000 and CJCS 3710 (JCIDS)
* Coordinate staffing of Milestone Documentation for signature
* Interface with OPNAV, DASN, OSD, Joint Staff, TDA and prime contractor
* Coordinate development of cost estimates and budget submissions
* Coordinate POA&M development for acquisition documentation and conduct weekly status meetings
* Provide regular status to Government Program Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
* BS/BA degree
* 10 years experience as an acquisition professional
* Current Top Secret clearance (SSBI within last 5 years preferred)
* Working knowledge and experience with DoD 5000 and CJCS 3710 (JCIDS)
* Working knowlege of Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
* Missile and/or Combat System background
* ACAT I program experience
This position is contingent upon contract award, budget, and/or customer approval.
