Job Description Position Summary The Accounts Receivable specialist is a detailed oriented position that carries out all billing, collection and reporting activities Responsibilities + 50% - maintain billing system. Follow-up, collection of all payments. Carry-out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines. Reconciliation of accounts. Monitor customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. Organize a recovery system and initiate collection efforts. + 15% - Maintenance of accounts receivable customer files. + 15% - Investigate and resolve customer queries. + 10% - Process adjustments + 10% - Special projects as assigned. Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred. + Experience with Great Plains preferred + 2-3 years experience in A/R and general accounting experience. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
