Pacific Child and Family Associates is currently looking for a full-time professional Accounts Receivables Specialist. The ideal candidate should be detailed and organized, he or she will possess excellent telephone and follow-up skills, 10 key by touch, and will complete assignments quickly and perform job responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy. The ideal candidate will also be able to follow directions, must be comfortable on the phone, juggle multiple AR tasks and will have a good attitude. This person truly enjoys doing the job right. Responsibilities include the following: Heavy AR collections Weekly AR follow-up with customers Research outstanding invoices and make suggestions for uncollectible AR Juggle multiple AR priorities and task to ensure all collection efforts have been made Review AR aging summary and ensure accounts are not delinquent Receive incoming payment Make deposits Bank runs Requirements: Successfully pass a background and reference check Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel One or more years of related experience College degree preferred, but not required Strong organizational skills and attention to details Self starter who can work with minimal supervision Ability to work well under pressure, juggle tasks and work efficiently against deadlines Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and adjust workload accordingly Ability to solve problems and make sound judgments In addition, the position requires: good driving record If qualified, send your RESUME, COVER LETTER and SALARY REQUIREMENTS in Word or PDF format.
