We are currently seeking, an individual with strong analytical and communication skills who is detail oriented and a self starter to assume the position of Accounts Receivable Specialist. An Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for reconciling financial accounts and records related to accounts receivable. Generate invoices, debits or credits, prepare daily cash receipts for deposit and ensure proper general ledger coding. Resolve discrepancies between invoiced, paid and outstanding amounts. Generate, review and mail monthly statements to customers; Generate and analyze monthly A/R aging; Analyze monthly revenue summaries to insure proper general ledger posting. Category: Accounting
