A/P and A/R Open House Oakwood, the leading provider of temporary furnished and serviced apartments around the globe, is seeking accounting professionals to join our National Processing Center team in Phoenix at our Worldwide Sales and Service Center. The office is located off Highway 17 and Dunlap Avenue, close to Metro Center. Our centralized processing team has multiple opportunities available with the following positions: Accounts Payable Processor: Our AP Processors process payments for the utility bills that provide service to our apartments across the United States. In this role, you will process 100s of invoices on a daily basis, audit invoices for accuracy, review exception reports, and research invoice discrepancies. Billing Coordinator (receivables): Our Billing Coordinators provide one point of contact to our clients and guests for billing and receiving. In this role, you will maintain an ongoing relationship with clients, process invoices and audit the database for accuracy, process credit card payments, fulfill client requests, and make follow up calls on unpaid invoices.
