Accounts Receivable/Invoice Clerk Accounts Receivable Clerk needed with the following experience:
Ability to create customer invoices and apply the correct surcharges, packaging, testing and miscellaneous charges to an invoice Ability to apply customer payments Ability to research and solve payment discrepancies Ability to make adjustments to accounts as needed
Requirements:
Detail Accurate and efficient in data entry Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management and organization skills Experience in accounting and preferably has Associate Degree Excellent attendance Ability to work well with both staff and vendors Willingness and ability to learn new things Able to pass both a drug screen and background check Submit resume and cover letter or email explaining why your past experiences qualify you for this position .
