Accounts Receivable Clerk

Examine the daily incoming check receipts for accuracy and completeness.

Examine the daily incoming weekly or monthly remittance receipts.

Examine the daily stsatement of accounts to verify that the firms are coorectly correctly credited according to their weekly remittance payments.

Prepare the weekly or monthly remittances for data entry.

Prepare the checks for bank deposits, run tape.

Prepare daily cash reports for the purpose of balancing to deposits.

Prepare monthly cash reports for Finance Department.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years Data Entry/CRT experience.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Good judgment and decision making abilities.

Basic math skills.

Good customer service skills.

Ability to understand medical surgical terminology.

Any bilingual skills a plus. (Spanish)

Knowledge of disability processing is helpful.

Knowledge of CPT.
