Key Responsibilities

Supervise and provide direction to the Accounts Payable staff

Maintain vendor updates

Research and resolve issues with vendors

Maintain clean Accounts Payable aging

Manage annual 1099 reporting process

Ensure compliance with all company financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

Accountants Payable Supervisor

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Prior experience supervising a high-volume Accounts Payable department required

Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon) experience preferred

Strong computer proficiency with specific skills in Microsoft Excel and Word required

Strong attention to detail and excellent written/oral communication skills required

Must be a proactive, self-starter able to recommend best practices
