To be successful in this position you must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and hands on experience with Simply Accounting. Description: Our North York Client is currently seeking the assistance of an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to assist them on a temporary basis. In this role your primary responsibilities will involve supervising the entire A/P Department, issuing payment (via PAD only) for Coin Revenue payouts on the 10th of every month and issuing payment (via PAD only) for Credit Card Revenue payouts on the 20th of every month. The Accounts Payable Supervisor will also receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services, as well as review End of Day Report with Invoices that are posted daily by accounts payable team and review General Ledger. Additional duties will include preparation of manual cheques when required, assisting with the preparation and review of cheque run for the 15th and the end of every month and managing balance reports at the end of every cheque run.
