Salary: 16-18/hr Accounts Payable Specialist (#9856) We are currently seeking an A/P specialist for our client, a leading organization within the manufacturing (automotive) industry located in the North York region. This is a 3-6 month assignment offering $16-18/hr. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for full cycle accounts payable: -matching and coding invoices -processing expense reports -preparing weekly cheque runs -investigating invoice discrepancies with vendors -account reconciliations -monthly journal entries The ideal candidate will have an business or accounting degree with at least 3+ years of full cycle a/p experience. Advanced excel skills are a must as are excellent communication abilities and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is positive and energetic to fit well within the team.
