Accounts Payable Specialist Our well-known manufacturing/distribution client has an immediate need to hire a tenured Accounts Payable Specialist to their large existing team. This role is in Shared Services, multi currency environment both Canadian and US. If you thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment please read on. Responsibilities: Process all company invoices Canadian and US received within a timely manner Reconcile assigned supplier statements and GL accounts Work with the vendors to ensure invoices are accurate Review system AP system batches to ensure accuracy of data entry and vendor information Prepare month end AP accruals Assist in the intercompany reconciliation process Assist in the AP month end process and cheque runs Other AP duties as assigned Qualifications: 5 years experience Accounts Payable Exceptional customer service skills Excellent communication skills Intermediate Excel Worked within a multi currency environment Please forward your resume to Salary 38K to 44K
