TheAccounts Payable Specialistis responsible for:
Full cycle accounts payable processing
Entering all A/P into the system and coding to the G/L
Interfacing with vendors to resolve invoicing inquiries
Vendor account reconciliation
Assist manager with month-end close
Special projects as assigned
TheAccounts Payable Specialistposition requires:
At least 2 years of experience of full-cycle accounts payable experience within a publicly traded company
Ability to successfully process 200-300 invoices per week
Use of SAP software
Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience working with the G/L
The ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Strong communication skills (written and oral)
