Full-time Accounts Payable Clerk needed for local company.

Duties include the following:

Receive, open and distribute department mail.
Prepare checks for distribution including matching and mailing.
Data entry of invoices into A/P system
Maintaining organized filing system
Maintain/create MS Excel spreadsheets
Assist with monthly reports

Requirements:

Must be able to handle multiple tasks within a busy office environment
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in A/P
MS Office knowledge required
