Accounts Payable Administrator
We are seeking a detail oriented person to join our accounting team. The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for activities related to accounts payable transactions:
Reconciling payable accounts and post to accounting records following established company procedures
Verify payable invoices
Receive and file invoices and shippers
Process manual purchase orders directly to AIP
Receive approval on purchase order and settle any problems with pricing
Keep Accounting Specialist updated on any returns
Data entry of accounts payable documents in Made 2 Manage (business software program).

Requirements:
Education and Experience
Accociate degree in Business/Accounting and/or five years (5) experience on the job.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Computer skills, including strong familiarity using Excel
