Confer with all members on their share draft accounts when the problem cannot be resolved through other means. Maintain the ATM program, including following up on ATM adjustments, posting rejected transactions to member accounts, and hand posting items. Balance daily ATM reports. Prepare bi-weekly Excel report and make general ledger entries for office payroll. Perform reconciliation of corporate share draft activity on a monthly basis. Assist in posting of ACH exceptions. Prepare and post all exception payrolls daily Qualifications: Qualifications:
Must have six months to two years of similar or related experience. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are essential.
