The Corporate Accounting Organization has an opportunity for an experienced, self-directed Accounting Manager in the Compensation Accounting Group. The Accounting Manager is responsible for contributing to the professional development of staff and assisting the team leader in providing direction and leadership within the assigned functional areas.
Ability to exercise appropriate judgment and discretion while handling confidential information.
Inspires, motivates and enlists others in working towards the team goals and objectives.
Establishes and maintains an environment where new ideas and solutions to problems are encouraged, evaluated and implemented.
Experience in identifying problem areas and alternative solutions and in devising and implementing effective, efficient, corrective action.
Communicates effectively with all audiences, including senior management.
Prior experience with Oracle Financials, sales general & administrative and occupancy experience preferred.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or a related field and 4+ years of accounting experience plus supervisory experience in an accounting role is also required.Masters in Accountancy and/or CPA license are a plus.
