Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller
Senior Financial Consultant needed for an investment organization focused on all aspects of accounting. The consultant will be responsible for management and transactional accounting and administration on part-time basis (20 hours a week).
Duties will include: All aspects of purchasing, payroll, and accounts payable. In addition, preparation of cash reconciliations, cash flow analysis, generating 1099s, budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, etc. In addition, coordinating with outside accountants including tax professionals and outside fund administrator will be critical. Other duties may include handling cash and security transactions, monitoring compliance procedures, and interfacing with clients/vendors.
Job Requirements: BS in Accounting, CPA, AND experience with private equity accounting required.
