Computes, classifies, records, and verifies numerical data for use in maintaining accounts payable and other accounting records by performing the following duties. * Process accounts payable including data input related to invoices, printing of checks and filing. * Ensure appropriate 1099 reporting annually related to the accounts payable function. * Perform timely and accurate reconciliations of various accounts. * Post general ledger entries
Must be a current student or recent graduate, with one to two years general accounting or finance experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Specialized training inbasic principles or techniques in specific areas, such as bookkeeping.
