Description: - Accounting Associate (PRE00120) Accounting Associate-PRE00120 Description Job Description and Responsibilities: Prudential Relocation and Real Estate Services is the Relocation Services division for Prudential Financial. The Relocation Operations Accounting Division (ROAD) is responsible for Account Payable department located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Responsibilities Include: * Primary accounting contact for extremely high volume accounts payable invoice process. * Process time sensitive payment requests in a high volume department * Provide daily forecast to ensure availability of funds for next day transactions * Audit invoices for accurate expense coding and validate the authorized signatures are within their signing limits as outlined in the delegation of authority * Batch invoices and create a control total for data entry for daily wire balancing * Enter invoices into financial system maintaining the control totals and accuracy at all times * Provide customer service support to internal departments * Provide audit support as needed Core Competencies: - Computer literacy in Microsoft environment and financial application - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Flexibility to adapt to procedural enhancements and modifications - Detail oriented and strong problem solving skills - Excellent customer service skills - Formal accounting education experience training a plus.
