. Responsible for timely preparing manual loan modification amortization packages. . Responsible for timely preparing daily wires, internal transfers and journal entries. . Responsible for daily funds movements to the respective PI custodial for sale proceeds and recovery of servicing expenses with in 48 hours. . Responsible for timely processing custodial adjustments. . Responsible for accurate submission of required wire forms. . Review, balance and prepare reports in accordance with the established guidelines. . Responsible for timely researching and resolving reconciling items. . Maintain awareness of policies and procedures in order to remain compliant. . Responsible for the timely monitoring Default Loan Reconciliations (DLR). . Reconciliation, timely research, follow up and corrections of all outages. The reconciliation process includes research, balancing and clearing of funds debited and credited to the Investor wire clearing account and Servicer payment clearing account. . Responsible for depositing checks and maintaining deposit records. . Assist with special assignments as needed.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of the LPS (Fidelity) MSP System Basic general ledger knowledge Basic general loan amortization knowledge Detail oriented, high level of organization skills, flexible and proactive in meeting strict deadlines. Basic PC skills with Microsoft programs Basic 10-key skills with good mathematical experience
