Accounting Associate - Entry Level
Catapult International is one of the fastest growing logistics technology companies in its industry. The Lenexa-based company provides software solutions for the international logistics sector that helps companies combine their air and ocean transportation vendors’ rates into one system – to see who their best carrier option is from point A to point B.
Catapult is seeking to hire an entry-level Accounting associate. Applicants should also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, be detail-oriented, and possess an excellent work ethic.
The responsibilities of this position include the following:
Prepare and process all vendor invoices for multiple companies
Process reports
Weekly processing of rates for multiple companies
Vendor Reconciliations and communication
Maintenance of rate and financial entries
Assist financial accounting on as-available and as-needed basis
Requirements:
The job requirements are listed below:
1-2 years recent Accounting experience - (recent graduates will be considered)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be detail-oriented
Low maintenance
Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan, prioritize and organize multiple projects
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
