ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT-Temporary 20-25 hours/week-Framingham MA

New opportunity for a self-motivated Accounting Assistant to join our fast-paced Finance Team based in Framingham, MA. This temporary position is available on a part-time basis (20-25 hours/week) for approximately three months.
Collect, open, route, and process daily mail and documents.
Input financial data into accounting computer system.
Sort, file, copy, scan, fax and process documents according to accounting procedures.
Assist with telephone and email inquiries regarding payment processing.
Create, establish, and maintain filing procedures.
Other duties and projects as required.
Requirements:
College degree in business, accounting, finance or related field plus minimum 2 years office work environment experience.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite with strong and accurate data entry skills.
Demonstrated ability to sort, file, and process documents by alphabetical and numerical methods.
Some experience with accounts payable accounting software, ADP, Solomon desirable.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite with strong and accurate data entry skills.
Solid verbal, written, telephone, and computer communication skills.
Highly dependable, detail-oriented, flexible team player focused on customer satisfaction.
Excellent organizational skills including ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
May be required to pass security clearance investigation.
