Part-Time Accounting Assistant A private company, located in Doral, is looking for a part time employee to assist in the Accounting department. This part time position is available for a candidate with very strong knowledge of QuickBooks. This individual will work daily in accounts payable, accounts receivable and merchant services. You must be professional and flexible and must have strong written and verbal English skills. Those applying will need strong organizational skills, be detailed oriented and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must possess the following qualities: *Strong knowledge of QuickBooks A/P, A/R, Merchant Services, and general accounting practices. *Ability to update and maintain client financial database and files. *Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook). *Sharp organizational skills *Keen attention to detail and have the ability to work independently and interact on all levels within and outside the company. *A professional demeanor and comfort working in an environment where multi- tasking is required.
