Requirements:
Requirements vary depending on role but all require either an accounting or finance degree. See below for requirements specific to each job.
STAFF ACCOUNTANT -
Degree in Accounting from an accredited brick and mortar school
2-3 years experience
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT -
Degree in Accoutning from an accredited brick and mortar school
3-6 years of CORPORATE accounting experience with reconciliations, month end close and financial statements.
ENTRY LEVEL FINANCIAL ANALYST -
Degree in Finance or Accounting
0-3 years financial analysis experience
Excellent technical skills including advanced functions of Excel
Excellent presentation skills - must be able to present findings to upper management
COST ACCOUNTANT -
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
1-2 years of corporate accounting experience
Intermediate technical skills (MS Word, Excel); experience with SAP or a large ERP systems is a plus.
ACCOUNTING MANAGER -
CPA
Degree in Accounting
5-10 years in Corporate Accounting of a large organization
Must have some financial reporting experience and able to build a chart of accounts and understand the corporate hierarchy
CONTROLLER -
CPA
Experience managing the full accounting cycle of a mid size company including overall responsibility for the Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger Accounting Groups.
Prior management experience is required. Must have managed a large group fo 15-20
