National Staffing Company in Fort Worth Texas is looking for an experienced Accounting administrator. The accounting administrator perform and oversea various financial operation involving payroll, payroll related taxes, AR, AP, financial reporting and other special projects as may be required.
Develop, implement and maintain finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures
Analyze cash flow, cost controls and expenses and financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas
Establish and implement short and long range goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures
Payables and receivables management
Budgeting
Special Financial projects
Files all payroll related taxes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Must have experience managing payroll
5 to 7 years controller/CFO related experience
5 years’ experience with word-processing and spreadsheet software (i.e. Word/Excel/Power Point)
CPA or CPA Candidate
Financial leadership experience required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidential information
Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
