Accountant/Financial Analyst
In this position you will be providing information to senior management that will assist in making educated economic decisions about the company's future. Administer all facets of payroll, accounts receivable and the 401K plan. Forecast and analyze business activity and financial positions in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations payroll-related budgets. Perform accounting functions consisting of inventory and labor hour maintenance and month end close responsibilities. Perform ongoing financial analysis on profits and losses, and all aspects of overhead expenses; make recommendations as to financial strategic directions.
Breakdown of Duties
Payroll 25%,Accounts Payable 10%, Accounts Receivable 25%, General Ledger, Budgets Management of Financial Information 30%, and Provide consulting to Management and Employees 10%
Requirements:
> 5-10 years experience in Accounting as related to manufacturing.
> Exceptional communications skills
> Proficient knowledge of Excel, problem solving and analytical skills required
> Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree in Accounting or Business preferred
