G/L Close PepsiCo HQResponsibilities include running reports, preparing/posting journal entries, preparing account reconciliations, researching transactions as required, preparing the reporting schedules for submission to the Corporate Consolidation group, as well as other misc reporting/analysis. SAP is the general ledger reporting system and Hyperion is the Corporate Consolidation reporting system being LeadTake lead in resolving any SAP related issues that arise, such as issues that may arise in relation to reporting or recording of ercompany Accounting - PepsiCoResponsible for preparing intercompany billings and related journal entries. Following up with divisional contacts and resolving reconciling/disputed AccountingResponsible for preparing the tax provision calculation and populating the FAS109 tax reporting schedules. Also includes validating the tax calculation assumptions used with the Corporate Tax r End AccrualsResponsible for coordinating and reviewing the departmental accruals at year erPrepare PepsiCo Headquarter bank account reconciliations, download and maintenance of the Business Objects process, download the Treasury Quantum report, research Treasury related transactions, including Suspense postings, as required, provide support to other Corporate departments within the Controller's group as necessary, and various accounting support for PepsiCo's Concerned Citizens pare Balance Sheet Cause of Change schedule for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting with 2-4 years experience. - CPA highly preferred - Strong analytical skills. - Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel a must, SAP, Hyperion Enterprise). - Highly motivated and able to work with a team. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to team and partner with personnel from all levels of staff and Management.
