Position overview: financial reporting, internal controls enhancements and modifications, assisting in the development and monitoring of departmental budgets, performing cost accounting and analysis and inventory control.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required with at least several years accounting and overall accounting / financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.
CPA or MBA would be a welcome plus.
Supervisory / leadership experience a plus but not a key must.
Looking to groom someone that has potential for promotion to the Controller level.
