Accountant. Our client, Halverson Bros., Inc. has a challenging and rewarding position available for an independent, experienced, hands-on accounting professional. Reporting to the General Manager, this position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the financial activities including payroll, for the business operation. Located in Menomonie, WI; HBI is a plumbing and heating contractor. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in accounting or business, with at least one year of diversified accounting experience, preferably in the construction/contractor environment. Experience in the following areas is critical: Maxwell or similar software, job costing, AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, financial reporting and analysis, and budgeting. The successful candidate will provide financial leadership within a dynamic business environment. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
